Salary
- Differentiated annual salary system according to individual abilities
- Individual fixed salary and other allowances are integrated and paid regularly every month
- Performance-based bonuses are paid separately according to year-end performance
※ Fixed salary (1/12 of annual salary) Monthly payment/benefit expenses, incentives, and retirement pension application

- Differential payment according to the organization/personal performance based on the company's management performance every year
